Stingray Strand

Nox decided to join me once again, this time helping me explore Stingray Strand and onward into the Tears of the Fallen.

This is by far one of the best areas of Kryta to explore. Running toward some seagulls, the thought of battling monsters escaped my mind. I was too busy breathing in the fresh air, listening to the cries of the seagulls and the sound of my feet hitting the sand.

Twin Serpent Lakes

Upon entering the Twin Serpent Lakes area with my good friend Nox, we were confronted by mergoyles, skales and tengu. These encounters usually put me in a bad mood, but with such a scenic location I feeling at ease.

Majesty's Rest

Here is something of interest: more straw huts! These have the same design as the ones found in The Black Curtain and North Kryta Province. Unlike those areas however, no skale were found nearby these huts, only Reed Stalkers were in the vicinity.
Due to the size of these huts, I’ve always suspected that animals or small monsters inhabit them, but I’ve yet to see anything go in or out of the huts.

Talmark Wilderness

Along with a few of my guild mates, we set out to explore the Talmark Wilderness. A beautiful and serene area that also connects with Majesty’s Rest, (a gateway to the Maguuma Jungle) where the mighty bone dragon, Rotscale lives. Where we will be moving onto immediately after this area.

Kessex Peak

Erolin and I talked to Lionguard Gariol for a while. At one point he said, “What? Is there a sign above my head that says "Talk to me?"” After a moment of awkward silence, we had a good laugh about it and carried on.

The Black Curtain

Upon entering The Black Curtain from the Temple of Ages, you are confronted by Reed Stalkers. The only unusual thing about this encounter was the location; a man-made(?) platform. It resembles a stage or circle for gatherings (and not the sort that plants attend!).
